Blue Lagoon

Blue Lagoon, Iceland.

This photograph hasn't been manipulated; the water is really of that colour. It's also very warm, so people are allowed to bathe there (of course you have to pay, but it's worth it!!). That white thing that you can see attached to the rocks isn't foam, it's a kind of clay that covers all the floor and rocky surfaces that the water touches. It's incredibly soft and also kinda slimy, but it also prevents the rocks from cutting you or causing any kind of harm The clay also has lots of salts and minerals that work great for your skin, so the workers there would put buckets filled with the clay for people to help themselves whilst they enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing time in that beautiful lagoon.

I had the best of times there, I just wish to visit this incredible country again sometime
